I have written many Star Trek: Voyager stories under two different names. Also, everyone knows about Jack and Daniel's relationship. This story and plot has sortta changed due to feedback. What Has Gone Before: In the first part of Incarcerated, SG-1 had an important mission with an alien race to sign a treaty. Before the mission, Daniel gets arrested for two speeding tickets and eight parking tickets, and misses the mission, which causes the mission to be unproductive, and causes the alien race to not sign the treaty with the Tauri. General Hammond suspends Daniel for a week without pay and puts SG-1 on stand down for that week. Jack then gives Daniel a spanking to teach him the lessons of unpaid traffic tickets, but decides that the number of swats are a bit harsh and decides not to continue the spankings as long as Daniel followed orders.

Synopsis: Daniel gets arrested.

Part Six

Jack watched Daniel as he slept. He hated to spank Daniel like that. He placed a kiss on Daniel's head. The next morning Daniel awoke while Jack was getting ready for work. After Jack had kissed Daniel, Daniel snuck into the back seat of Jack's Explorer. He heard Jack get in and buckle his seat belt. Jack started the SUV and headed towards the mountain. After Jack had got through the checkpoint and exited the Expedition, Daniel got out of the car. He was almost to his office when he heard, "Freeze, right there, Doctor Jackson!" It was General Hammond! He had two SFs grab Daniel and bring him to his office. Once there the general indicated for Daniel to sit.

"I'd prefer to stand."

"Very well. Now, how did you get here? You're not supposed to be here for three weeks."

"Three weeks? You said one."

"I said that if they said no you wouldn't be getting paid. When they said no, I added two more weeks to your suspension. You still will not be paid. Now, how did you get here?"

Daniel didn't want to get Jack in trouble so he lied.

"I walked here, sir."

"You walked ten miles to work. I don't buy that."

He picked up the phone and dailed Jack's office.

"Jack, come to my office. There's a situation that needs to be taken care of."

"General, it wasn't Jack's fault. I hid out in the back of his SUV. He didn't know I was there. General, please lift the suspension. I'll personally contact the Protazoians and see if I can get them to renegotiate the signing of the treaty."

"Okay, Doctor Jackson, if they say yes you can come back to work and you will be paid, but first we need to take care of this situation."

At that moment Jack arrived. He was mad to find out that Daniel had stowed away in his SUV. General Hammond allowed Daniel and Jack to go to P12-103 to meet the Protazoians leader.

Part Seven

"nuqneH, jlH am Daniel Jackson y this is, as SoH Sov, Colonel Jack O'Neill of the Tauri. jlSov SoH said that SoH would not sign the treaty with us, but jIH was just wondering if SoH would reconsider if SoH Qoy the reason why the meeting didn't go well the first time?"

"SoH may proceed."

"tlho' SoH. On the jaj that maH were supposed a meet a sign the treaty, jIH was arrested for having wa'maH traffic tickets. jlH had forgot a pay them antes the mission. By the time jlH went a legh the judge 'oH was well into the time of the mission. The guys that were with Jack, Sam, y Teal'c were not very well aquatinted with your language y customs. chaH accidentally insulted SoH. jlH on the other ghop, am well aquatinted with your language y customs. So if SoH will, por favor reconsider your decision about the treaty. jlH am sorry for the inconvenience caused by mi absence."

Jack sat there and let Daniel do the talking.

"jlH can legh that SoH are a noble y trustworthy person. 'oH was very honorable that SoH came y gave an explanation of why we were insulted. jlH have decided a renegotiate a signing of a treaty with only SoH, Daniel Jackson y Jack O'Neill or the rest of your team. qavoq."

"tlho SoH, jlquv. gorgh do SoH want a meet a sign the treaty?"

"How about tomorrow?"

"Tomorrow would be fine."

'Good. It was nice meeting you, Daniel. It was nice meeting you again, Jack."

"You speak English?"

"Yes, and I can see that anyone who would take the time to learn our language and customs are worthy of a treaty with us."

Part Seven

"The signal is SG-1," said Major Feretti.

"Open the iris."

When Jack and Daniel walked through the 'gate they were kissing. General Hammond cleared his throat. Jack and Daniel broke apart.

"Sorry, sir," said Jack.

"Sorry, General," said Daniel.

"It's okay. How was the mission?"

"It was a success, General."

"I'll get Major Kovachek to go and do the negotiations."

"General, they will only sign the treaty if either Jack or me or the rest of SG-1."

"Okay, when do they want to sign the treaty?"

"Tomorrow."

"Very good, son. I am proud of you. You can come back to work tomorrow. Dismissed."

"Thank you, sir."

When Jack and Daniel got home, Daniel started crying because he thought Jack was gonna spank him for sneaking to work.

"Dannyboy, what's the matter?"

"Are y-y-you gonna sp-sp-spank me?"

'Daniel, no. I'm not gonna spank you. Honestly, if I were in your situation I'd have done the same thing."

They spent the rest of the day in bed . The next day, they went and had the treaty signed.

Part Eight

"C'mon Daniel, time to go to bed."

"Just one more minute, Jack."

"Now, Daniel!"

"In a minute, Jack!"

"Carter, Teal'c, we'll be back in an hour or two."

Jack grabbed Daniel by the arm and pulled him toward the woods.

"Aye, sir."

Teal'c and Sam knew that Daniel was in big trouble. They knew that Jack spanked Daniel. They were on a three day survey mission to P2X-200. Jack pulled Daniel along until they came to a fallen tree. He sat down on the tree and pulled a paddle out of his pack.

"Drop 'em, Daniel."

"What? Why?!"

"Remember what I said? I said 'no one more look' or 'just a little more time'. Now drop 'em."

"Jack, please! Not here! Wait till we get home please."

"Nope. Drop 'em."

Daniel did as he was told and lay across Jack's lap. Jack saw that he still showed signs of the spanking from three days ago. Jack put the paddle back and decided to use his hand. He brought his hand down hard. WHACK Daniel yelped.

Daniel was howling. His buttocks was a dark crimson. He tried to rub some of the soreness out. Jack gently moved Daniel's hand and put some lotion on his butt. He then pulled up Daniel's BDUs and boxers and stood him up. He pulled Daniel into a bear hug. Daniel sobbed against his chest. Jack kissed his head. He picked up his pack and put his arm around Daniel's shoulder.
As they walked back to camp Daniel was still sobbing. When they entered their camp they saw Sam and Teal'c kissing. Jack and Daniel went to their tent. Daniel and Jack got into their sleeping bags. Daniel lay sobbing in Jack's arms. Jack made soothing noises to calm Daniel down. Soon Daniel was asleep in Jack's arms. The next day they went back to Earth and told General Hammond that there was nothing of use to them there.

Part Nine

"Hello."

"Daniel, is that you?"

"Cassie? Where are you?"

"I'm at the movies. I need a lift home. Can you come and get me?"

"Does Janet know where you are?"

"No, she thinks that I'm at a friend's house."

"Hang on. I'll be right there."

Daniel checked to make sure that Jack was still asleep. He grabbed Jack's keys and grabbed Jack's Expedition and headed out the door. He missed a stop sign and saw a police car. Since he knew he'd be arrested if he was caught he put the hood over his head and put on a scarf.

"Officer, is there a problem?"

"You missed a stop sign."

"Oh, I'm sorry."

"May I see your license and registration please?"

He gave the officer Jack's license and registration. The officer gave him a ticket. Daniel drove up to the movie entrance and got Cassie.

"Cassie, what are you doing at the movies at this time of night?"

"Well there was this movie that I wanted to see and it only showed at this time, so I told Mom that I was going to Jenny's house. If I had told her that I was going to the movies she wouldn't have let me went. Thanks for coming, Daniel."

"No problem, Cassie. Just don't lie again."

"I won't, Daniel. I promise," she said close to tears.

When Daniel drove up to Janet's house, he walked Cassie to the door.

"What's the matter?"

"Won't y-you get in trouble?"

"No."

He hugged her.

"Goodnight, Daniel. Thanks."

"Goodnight, Cassie. You're welcome."

He got back in the SUV, unaware that Janet's neighbor, Mrs. Trystan, had seen them.

Part Ten

The next day Jack, Daniel, Sam, Teal'c, and Janet were sitting in Janet's living room when a neighbor came and knocked on the door. Janet answered.

"Come in Mrs. Trystan. How are you?"

"Fine."

"These are my friends: Jack, Daniel, Sam, and Chris."

"Hi."

"Hello."

"Hi."

"Hello."

"I hate to bother you all, but who owns that SUV outside?"

"I do. Why do you ask?" says Jack.

"I asked because I saw Cassie get out of it last night. She even hugged the man that brought her home."

"WHAT? That's impossible because I wasn't driving it. It wasn't me she hugged."

"It's the same vehicle. License plate 2S2G50C."

"Yes, that is the license plate."

"I just thought you'd want to know."

Mrs. Trystan left.

"Cassandra Fraiser, get out here this instant!"

"Yes."

"Where were you last night?"

"I was at Jenny's house."

"No, you weren't. Mrs. Trystan saw you get out of Jack's SUV. She also saw you hugging some strange man. Now where were you?"

"I was at Jenny's house."

"How did you get home? Jack says that he didn't drive you home."

"I didn't get a ride home from Jack. I got a lift from Jenny's dad.."

"Oh really. Then how did Jenny's dad get the same license plate numbers as Jack?"

"I don't know. It could be a mistake from the DMV."

Daniel knew Cassie was lying to protect him. He mouthed, 'Tell her the truth, Cassie,' to her. She mouthed back, 'Won't you get in trouble?' He mouthed back, 'It's okay.' She mouthed, 'Won't you get spanked?' He mouthed, 'It's okay. I'll live. I can deal with it.'
She nodded.

"Mom, I wasn't at Jenny's house. I was at the movies."

"Who brought you home?"

"I did. I was the one that hugged her," said Daniel

Jack got up and stood in front of Daniel and lifted his chin up.

"How did you drive without a license, Daniel?"

"I used yours."

"And how did you manage that?"

. "I had the hood of my jacket and a scarf on."

"Did you get pulled over by any police?"

"I just missed a stop sign and got pulled over by a cop. I'll pay the ticket."

"I see."

Sam and Teal'c left so that they could get home. Jack and Janet talked quietly while Daniel and Cassie sat on the couch.

"I am so sorry, Daniel."

"It's okay, Cassie."

"Okay lets hear it. Cassandra, you go first and tell me why you lied about going to Jenny's house."

"Well, I really wanted to see this movie. I didn't lie, Mom. I really did go to Jenny's house. We went to the movies, but she didn't like the movie and wanted to leave. I liked it, so I stayed. I told her that I'd have somebody to pick me up. When the movie was over, I called Jack's house to see if Daniel would pick me up."

"Why Daniel?"

"Because I knew he wouldn't have told you that I was not where I was supposed to be. Anyway, I called, and he told me to hang on, that he'd be right there."

"I was on my way to pick her up when I missed a stop sign. I knew that if I was caught that I'd be put in jail for three weeks, so I put on my hood and scarf. She was at the movies when I picked her up. I asked here what she was doing at the movies at that time of night. She said that she wanted to see this movie and that you wouldn't have let her went if she had told you. She thanked me for picking her up, and I told her that it was no problem and not to lie again. She said that she wouldn't . When I brought her home, she was close to tears because she was worried that I'd get in trouble, but I told her that I wouldn't, and hugged her. I waited until I saw the door open before I drove off."

"First of all, I am very disappointed in you, Cassandra. You lied to me twice. Secondly, you dragged Daniel into stealing. I am also disappointed in you, Daniel. You should have knocked on the door and told me where she was. Instead, you helped her lie," said Janet.

"Daniel, I am so mad at you right now. You stole my Expedition, my car keys, my driver's license, and you helped Cassie lie to Janet. Go get in the SUV, Daniel. Oh, I think you owe Janet an apology for helping Cassie lie to her."

Daniel hesitated to move.

"I said NOW, Daniel!"

"Why? All I did was bring Cassie home!"

"As a responsible adult you should have knocked on the door and told Janet that she was at the movies instead of at a friend's house. Now apologize."

"I don't think I should have to apologize. I brought Cassie home and made sure she got in safely."

Jack went over to Daniel and whispered, "Unless you want me to tan your behind now AND when we get home I suggest you apologize now."

Daniel hesitated. Jack grabbed him by the arm and started pulling him towards the bathroom.

"Okay, okay, I'll apologize."

Daniel did as he was told.

"Janet, I'm sorry that I just brought Cassie to the door and not telling you that she was at the movies and not at a friend's house like she was supposed to be. It won't happen again."

"Apology accepted, Daniel. Now Cassandra don't you have something to say to Jack and Daniel?"

"Jack, I'm sorry that I caused Daniel to take your SUV and getting a ticket on your record."

"It's okay, Cassie."

"Daniel, I'm sorry that I caused you to take Jack's SUV, to get a ticket, and to get in trouble."

"It's okay, Cassie."

"Daniel, go wait in the SUV. I need to talk to Janet."

Daniel did as he was told. Janet sent Cassie to her room. Jack told Janet to not be surprised of what she finds during their next pre-mission and/or post-mission check ups. She knew that he was gonna spank Daniel. On the way home Jack was quiet. He did not say anything to Daniel. Daniel knew Jack was mad. When they got home Jack started yelling at Daniel.

"How could you steal my SUV, and get a ticket in my name! I can't believe that you didn't tell Janet where Cassie was! How much is the ticket Daniel?"

"$100."

"Okay. That'll be 100 for the ticket, 100 for taking my SUV, keys, and license, and 200 for helping Cassie lie to Janet. Now take off your shoes, pants, and boxers. You will receive 80 with the paddle now and 20 with the belt before you go to bed."

Daniel pulled off his shoes, pants, and boxers and lay across Jacks lap. When Jack was finished Daniel lay across his lap bawling and shaking. Jack was rubbing Daniel's back. He decided to not put any aloe on Daniel's butt. Daniel needed to remember to not take anyone's vehicle or license without their permission.

"Daniel, get dressed and go stand in the corner in the bedroom. Keep your hands on top of your head. I am gonna go and pay for this ticket that you got, and then I am gonna go and get something to eat. I am going to set the timer for 30 minutes. When that timer goes off, you can do whatever you like except leaving this house. I am gonna see if I can get Carter and Teal'c to come over here. Got it?"

"Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Yes," bawled Daniel.

Jack kissed him and left. Daniel stood in the corner until the timer went off. He then went and lay face down on the couch with his head on a pillow and wailed. He was only wearing a shirt, boxers, and socks. He heard the door open and looked up and saw that it was Sam and Teal'c.

"Daniel, are you okay?"

"I'm f-f-f-f-f-f-f-fine."

"DanielJackson, is there anything Samantha and I can do?"

"T-T-Thanks f-f-for a-a-asking, b-b-but th-th-the a-a-answer i-i-is n-n-no."

Sam and Teal'c sat with Daniel. Soon Daniel's wailing turned to sobbing; occasionally Sam or Teal'c would rub his back to try to ease his sobs. Soon Jack came in the door carrying bags with Chinese food in them.

"Hey Carter, T! Wanna stay and have dinner with us?"

They said no and left. Daniel continued sobbing. Jack sat the food on the kitchen table and went to Daniel. He kissed Daniel on the lips. He pulled Daniel across his lap and started rubbing his his butt. Daniel's sobs stopped.

"Jack, I'm sorry. I'm sorry for stealing your SUV. I'm sorry for getting a ticket. I'm sorry for stealing your driver's license."

"I know you are. C'mon, lets eat before it gets cold."

He put a pillow in a chair for Daniel and told him to sit. Daniel did as told and let out a moan when his blistered butt touched the pillow. They ate in silence. When they were finished Jack told Daniel time for bed.

"JACK! It's just 9:00!"

"You're grounded, Daniel! Besides you still have 20 swats with the belt. Lets get this over with."

"Jack, please! No more! I'm too sore! Please!"

"Sorry, Daniel. Bedroom now."

Daniel started crying.

"Daniel, this is how it's gonna be. You will receive 80 with the paddle and 20 with the belt every two days.. So for the next eight days you will be spanked. After the 20 with the belt I will put some lotion on your butt. You can keep your underwear on for 10 and the other 10 will be given bare. So lets get started."

Jack sat on the bed and pulled Daniel across his lap.

"Daniel, don't cover up or try to cover up. If you do you'll receive extra."

He wrapped his left arm around Daniel's waist. He held the belt by the buckle. He brought the belt down.

Daniel sobbed.

Daniel wailed.

Daniel howled and kicked. Jack pulled down Daniel's boxers. Jack brought the belt back down.

Daniel shrieked and bucked. Jack decided that the last ones should be harder. He brought the belt down harder.

WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK

Daniel was shrieking, coughing, bucking, kicking, and trying to get off of Jack' s lap. Daniel didn't know the spanking was over.

"Daniel, shh, it's over. Calm down."

He laid Daniel on the bed and went and got a wet cloth and a bottle of aloe vera lotion. He put the cloth on Daniel's butt. That seemed to help a little. He dried off Daniel's butt and put a lot of lotion on it. Daniel's butt was crimson with welts. Jack put Daniel's boxers in the clothes hamper. Daniel was sobbing into his pillow. Jack got in the bed and placed kisses on Daniel's head.

"I'm sorry, Daniel. Shh. The next spanking is in two days. Goodnight Danny. I love you."

"G-G-Goodnight J-J-Jack. I l-l-love y-y-you, t-t-too. H-H-Hold m-m-me."

Daniel turned on his side so that he was facing Jack and Jack put his arms around him. He made sure not to put any pressure on Daniel's butt. He placed the cover on him. Daniel cried himself to sleep.

Part Eleven

Cassie laid on her stomach crying. She had just been spanked. She hadn't really lied. She did go to Jenny's house. She knew that Jack spanked Daniel. Janet came in and found Cassie still crying.

"Cassie, go to bed."

Cassie was wailing. She knew Jack spanked Daniel and it was all her fault.

"Cassie, what's the matter?"

"J-J-Jack sp-sp-spanked D-D-Daniel."

"Just a minute."

Janet dialed Jack's number.

"Hello. O'Neill speaking."

"Jack, is Daniel sleep?"

"Yeah."

"Can you wake him up? Cassie is really upset. I figure that if she could talk to him that would calm her down."

"Hold on."

Jack put the phone and shook Daniel.

"Danny, Danny, wake up. You have a telephone call."

"Who is it?"

"Janet, she says that Cassie wants to talk to you."

"Hello."

Janet handed the phone to Cassie.

"Hello, D-Daniel."

"Hi Cassie."

"D-D-Did J-J-Jack sp-sp-spank y-y-you?"

"Yeah, Cassie. He did."

"I-I-I'm so sorry. I-I-It's m-m-my f-f-fault."

"That's okay, Cassie. It's no big deal. Go to sleep. You'll feel better in the morning."

"O-O-Okay. I love you, Daniel."

"I love you, too, Cassie. Goodnight."

"Goodnight, Daniel."

"Bye."

"Bye."

He handed Jack the phone. He laid back down and Jack pulled him back into his arms. Janet kissed Cassie goodnight and went to bed.
